With the exploding of tv channels this is an program / idea with unlimited potential. Our video production facility will help to fill in the lack of content that will arise with unlimited supply of channels and web sites to fill.

By offering a high end facility complete with writers, video staff and production personnel we can offer ALL NON PROFITS a chance to develop programs for video and TV that they can then disseminate to both their specific communities and the community at large.

Currently the problem for non profits in making these programs are two. First lack of coordination of the many services needed to produce high quality programs, writers, video production personnel, and production staff and second is cost. We believe that cost is not the most important but coordinating a service designed to assist non profits in expressing their message is the bigger problem.

While cost is a consideration we believe that by offering a steady competitive salary in this altruistic environment will attract highly motivated professionals who will work harder and be more interested in the work increasing both the quality and productivity. The non profits have the expertise and access to many specialists in their own niche and the audience what they lack is the technical support staff to make the product. We can offer the facilities and staff to make this possible. Now the problem is technical quality of programming.

While the initial effort of people on Apublic access TV@ are laudable the technical quality is to low to satisfy viewers. Low in terms of educational presentation as well as graphical presentation. Our center would fix that. Once again as a pilot we could expand after our protocol service was established. We need a building or space and salary support to retain full time, high quality staff ( writers, educators, and the technical staff).
